These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies for using our matchmaking services.
By registering or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Registration and Fees

  • Joining our matchmaking service is currently free of charge.

  • There are no registration fees or monthly subscription payments required to be part of the matchmaking pool.

  • You will only be required to make a payment once a successful match has been made

  • The cost once a match is made is $200 and 50% for women

2. Matchmaking Process

  • Membership in the matchmaking pool does not guarantee a match.

  • Our team strives to connect members with compatible partners based on the information provided during registration.

  • Compatibility, engagement, and communication play an important role in successful matches.

3. Staying in the Match Pool After 6 Months
 If no match is found within 6 months, you may remain in the matchmaking pool.

5. Refund Policy
When a client requests the termination of a recurring transaction, any previously charged
recurring fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued by Leth Dating, the refund will be
credited only to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will not be issued
in cash, by cheque, or to any alternative credit card or payment method.
Requests for refunds are directed to the Merchant Leth Dating retains no records of the sale of
Tangible goods other than the information necessary to process the transaction.

6. Eligibility
 You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
 All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

7. Conduct and Expectations
 Respectful behaviour is always required.
 Any form of harassment, dishonesty, or inappropriate conduct may lead to removal from
the service.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

 Profile are private and not publicly visible.
 Your information is kept private and secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 Match introductions will only be made with your consent.

9. Termination of Service
 Lethdating.ca may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
 Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

10. Changes to Terms
 Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
 Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
